Questions Asked

Will my pet fit?

Two sizes, and picking the right one matters more than anything else on this
page.

MEDIUM — 14.5" x 14.5"
Kittens, small cats and toy breeds up to 8 lbs. Chihuahuas, toy poodles,
maltese, yorkie puppies.

LARGE — 17.5" x 17.5"
Most adult cats and small dogs up to 15 lbs. Dachshunds, shih tzus, yorkies,
mini poodles, bigger house cats.

Over 15 lbs and this isn't the right bag. Soft canvas has a real limit, and
we'd rather tell you now than take your money and have your first walk go
badly. Not sure which size? Email us your pet's weight and we'll tell you.

Will they jump out?

Not if you clip the tether. The included safety tether attaches to your pet's
harness and to the inside of the bag, so they can sit up and look around but
can't get out. Most pets settle within the first few minutes. Always use the
tether outdoors.

Is it actually comfortable for them?

Soft cotton, no rigid frame, and the pouch supports their whole body instead
of leaving them dangling. They sit upright with their head and front paws
out, which is the position most cats and small dogs pick on their own. Keep
trips reasonable, give them water on longer outings, and don't leave them in
it unattended.

How do I get them in the first time?

Don't force it. Leave the bag open on the floor or couch with a treat inside
and walk away. Most pets investigate it within a day or two and sit in it on
their own. Once they're in it indoors, start with a five minute walk. Your

How long does shipping take
